Trading Master Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Trading Master account. The Service is operated by Tianyue Consulting L.L.C-FZ.

Before you delete

Stop opening new positions, close or otherwise resolve all positions and pending orders, then disconnect your exchanges. To avoid leaving positions unmanaged, deletion is refused while an exchange is still connected or a position is still being managed.

In the app

  1. Sign in, then tap your avatar on the home screen to open Me (我的).
  2. Tap Delete account (注销账户).
  3. Enter your current password, switch on the confirmation (确认注销账户) and submit.

If you cannot sign in

Deletion needs your signed-in session and password, so it can only be completed in the app. If you cannot sign in, email tianyueconsult@gmail.com from your registered email address and we will help you regain access, then you can delete your account with the steps above.

What is deleted

Sign-in data, profile, sessions and devices, push device tokens, notification preferences, community content and related interactions, exchange connections.

What is retained

Data Retention
Orders, fills, protective-order and reconciliation records 5 years, for disputes, audit and legal obligations
Security logs Kept as rolling, size-limited logs; the oldest entries are overwritten once the size limit is reached
Admin audit records with names and free text removed Retained
Deletion receipt Only an irreversible token hash, a non-reusable user ID and the completion time, to stop deleted data from being recreated
Backups Rolling 30 days; until expiry a backup may still contain deleted data

Local caches on offline devices cannot be wiped remotely, but their sign-in tokens are invalidated on the server immediately.
