Read this in full before using the Service. Crypto derivatives trading is extremely risky and you can lose your entire margin in a short time. If you cannot afford to lose all of it, do not trade with the Service.
1. Derivatives and leverage
Perpetual futures and other derivatives use leverage, which magnifies gains and losses alike: at 10x leverage, a move of about 10% against you can wipe out your margin.
When margin runs short, the exchange liquidates the position, possibly at a much worse price than you expect and with extra liquidation fees.
In cross-margin mode, losses on one position can consume other funds in the account.
Funding rates, fees and slippage continuously affect results; holding positions for long periods can incur significant funding costs.
In extreme markets there may be gaps, vanishing liquidity, wicks or exchange auto-deleveraging (ADL); stop orders may not fill at the set price.
2. Crypto market risk
Crypto-asset prices are highly volatile, have no intrinsic backing or central-bank guarantee, and can fall sharply or to zero because of regulation, technology, sentiment or hacks. Markets run 24/7, so large moves can happen overnight and on holidays.
3. AI and model risk
AI analysis, forecasts, signals, win rates and any model output are not investment advice and do not guarantee future prices.
Models are trained on historical data. Past performance and backtests do not predict future results; changing market structure can make a model fail.
AI-generated text can contain errors, stale or incomplete information (including "hallucinations").
Model updates can change trading behaviour.
4. Automated Trading risk
Automated Trading opens and closes positions and adjusts protective orders under your rules while you are away, so losses can occur without you noticing.
You choose leverage, size, margin and risk limits; take-profit and stop-loss levels are set by the system's strategy. Poor parameters magnify losses.
Software defects, server failures, network outages, exchange rate limits or API changes can delay, duplicate, miss or block orders. Safeguards such as refusing entries on stale data, order reconciliation and reduce-only protection do not eliminate these risks.
Pausing new entries does not close existing positions. You decide whether to close them.
5. Exchange and API risk
Your assets sit on a third-party exchange, which may go down, freeze accounts, restrict withdrawals, change rules, face regulatory action, be hacked or become insolvent. We have no control over this.
If your API key leaks, others may trade in your account. Always disable withdrawal permission, enable an IP allowlist and rotate keys regularly.
Exchanges may change maximum leverage, margin requirements, available products or service regions at any time.
6. Copy trading, managed accounts and return promises
The current version does not offer copy trading, managed accounts, profit sharing, loss compensation, capital protection or fixed returns.
Anyone (including people claiming to be our staff or partners) who solicits you to copy trades, transfer money or hand over your account with promises like "capital protected", "guaranteed profit", "fixed return" or "the platform covers losses" is not offering an official service of ours. Do not trust them; beware of fraud.
If copy trading is introduced in future, a leader's past returns do not predict future ones, and delay, sizing differences and slippage can make your results differ significantly from the leader's.
7. Legal and regulatory risk
Rules on crypto and crypto derivatives differ widely and change often. The Service is not offered in the United States, regions subject to comprehensive sanctions (for example, as listed by the UN, US, EU or UK), or any region where your exchange does not offer its service. You are responsible for confirming that local law allows you to use the Service and your exchange.
Regulatory changes may restrict or end the Service or your exchange in your region, and you may have to deal with open positions at short notice.
You are responsible for any tax reporting related to your trading.
8. Technology and security risk
A lost phone, compromised device, phishing site or fake app can lead to account theft. Download the app only from official stores and never share your password, verification codes or API secret. Our support staff will never ask for them.
9. No guaranteed returns
We promise no returns, no capital protection, and do not bear your trading losses. Trade only with money you can afford to lose entirely, and consult a licensed independent adviser if needed.
